Overview

As a Processing Analyst at 1-800 Hansons LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of contract documentation submitted by Certified Home Improvement Experts. This position involves maintaining detailed records, calculating commissions, and communicating with customers to rectify any discrepancies efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Review and ensure contract documentation is complete and accurate
  • Enter detailed notes into customer profiles regarding orders/contracts
  • Calculate commission for the sales team based on purchasing contracts
  • Verify that pictures match the contract requirements
  • Contact customers to discuss contracts and identify necessary corrections

Required skills

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of professional work experience
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word and Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate math skills (fractions, percentages, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work both independently and as part of a team
