Job Description

Overview

Primient is seeking a Process Technology Engineer to provide technical support and lead improvement projects within their Global Operations division. The role aims to enhance cost efficiency and operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and collaboration with diverse teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide process engineering support for manufacturing operations
  • Lead process improvement projects, including setup and execution of experiments
  • Evaluate and interpret experimental results
  • Perform economic analysis of process concepts and technologies
  • Communicate with stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Train team members on equipment use and data analysis
  • Collaborate for effective technical transfer from pilot to production
  • Analyze opportunities for process improvement
  • Manage project pipeline and facilitate project completion
  • Travel as required

Required skills

  • B.S. in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • 2-5 years of industrial experience in food or GMP environments
  • Practical expertise with manufacturing equipment
  • Experience in process development, experimental design, and statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and unit operations such as centrifugation, evaporation, and filtration
  • Hands-on experience with full project lifecycle from development to operations
