Job Description

Overview

Micron is seeking motivated Process Technicians to support wafer manufacturing operations in Boise, Idaho. This role involves monitoring processes, analyzing data, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to enhance yield, quality, and efficiency in a dynamic semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage semiconductor equipment and perform technical evaluations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and improve wafer fabrication processes.
  • Use tools like Microsoft Office to analyze process indicators and identify abnormal conditions.
  • Collect and document production and process data to support yield and quality.
  • Conduct technical experiments and prepare data visualizations for trend identification.
  • Participate in safety training and respond to potential hazards in the workplace.
  • Engage in shift handover communication to ensure production continuity.
