Overview

Primient is seeking a Process Technician in Loudon, TN to join their manufacturing team. The role offers a competitive starting wage of $30.98 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on skill development. Key responsibilities

  • Comply with EHS policies and procedures
  • Carry out work without presenting risks to self or others
  • Maintain training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Report incidents and suggest improvements
  • Diagnose and manage complex processing systems
  • Deliver effective turnover to the oncoming team
  • Produce quality products and record process quality tests
  • Perform environmental checks for compliance
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Participate in a structured career progression program
  • Train other technicians and perform basic maintenance duties

Required skills

  • Associates Degree or higher preferred
  • 3-5 years of industrial manufacturing experience preferred
  • Basic mathematics, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with rotating shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Capability to climb ladders and stairs
