Key responsibilities

  • Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Conduct quality engineering and material analysis
  • Utilize microscopy techniques such as Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Secondary Electron Microscopy (SEM), Atomic Force Microscopy (ATM), and X-ray Diffraction (XRD)
  • Analyze phase, crystal structure, and defects in materials under various conditions
  • Work with Metal Silicide and Semiconductor Process mechanics

Required skills

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field
