Overview

Micron Technology is seeking a Process Integration Engineer who will be a part of the Technical Leadership Program, focusing on the development, transfer, and optimization of advanced DRAM technologies. This role requires strong technical skills and leadership experience to solve complex integration challenges while driving yield improvement and reliability enhancements in semiconductor manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop future generation DRAM technologies.
  • Define and implement BEOL process flows and specifications for advanced DRAM products.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration issues.
  • Drive yield improvement and reliability enhancement initiatives using data-driven methodologies.
  • Coordinate technology transfers to ensure robust process qualification.
  • Engage in industry benchmarking and collaborative projects.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence within the BEOL team.

Required skills

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science or related area.
  • 10+ years of industry experience, particularly with DRAM nodes.
  • Strong process integration skills in an R&D environment.
  • Deep expertise in metallization, dielectric integration, and reliability solutions.
  • Proficient in statistical data analysis and advanced problem-solving techniques.
  • Leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in authoring patents or technical papers on DRAM BEOL integration.
