Overview

The Process Assistant role at Amazon involves managing department duties within the Rural Super Rural (RSR) organization, which focuses on last mile deliveries. This full-time position requires effective leadership, communication with suppliers, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Track and report ATS/labor hours
  • Assist with production duties and train associates
  • Ensure successful area performance through metrics tracking
  • Assess associate work performance and provide feedback
  • Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain clean and adequately equipped work areas
  • Identify and address safety hazards
  • Coach associates on safety practices
  • Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers

Required skills

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
