Overview

As a Probe Shift Equipment Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of probe equipment and processes while collaborating with various teams. Your role focuses on preventing quality-related issues and ensuring that outputs meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Prevent and contain quality-related issues
  • Monitor and improve the quality of probe equipment and processes
  • Collaborate with shift teams to maintain product quality
  • Engage with tool owners and hardware teams on quality issues
  • Develop and implement designs of experiments
  • Perform statistical analysis of manufacturing data
  • Prepare data and presentations for partners and broader audiences
  • Develop and drive continuous improvement projects
  • Mentor and coach team members on quality processes

Required skills
