Chrysolite Investment Management Corporation (Chrysolite IMC) is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Private Wealth Management (PWM) Instructor Wealth Education & Investment Strategy Development professional to join our growing Private Wealth Management, Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, and Building Wealth Partner Workshop Program Investing divisions. The Private Wealth Management Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs designed to educate employees, clients, investors, entrepreneurs, business owners, strategic partners, and community participants on wealth-building principles, investment strategies, asset management concepts, and financial growth opportunities. This position is ideal for a wealth management professional, investment advisor, financial educator, portfolio manager, business consultant, entrepreneur, real estate investor, or industry expert who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and helping others understand strategies designed to preserve, grow, and manage wealth. Position Summary The Private Wealth Management (PWM) Instructor serves as a subject matter expert responsible for creating, delivering, and improving wealth education programs that support: • Employee professional development • Client education initiatives • Investor awareness programs • Business partner workshops • Wealth-building education • Private Wealth Management growth initiatives The Instructor will teach concepts related to investment management, wealth preservation, asset allocation, commercial and residential real estate investing, entrepreneurship, financial planning principles, and long-term wealth strategies. This role supports Chrysolite IMC's mission of helping individuals, families, business owners, and investors better understand strategic wealth-building opportunities. Primary Responsibilities Private Wealth Management Education & Training • Develop and deliver Private Wealth Management educational programs. • Create wealth-building workshops, presentations, training materials, and educational resources. • Teach investment concepts in a professional and understandable format. • Explain wealth management strategies, investment principles, and financial concepts. • Provide practical examples, case studies, and real-world applications. • Support employee training and professional development programs. • Evaluate participant understanding and improve educational effectiveness.
