Associates operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.Once approved, Private Markets Associates:Conduct market, sector, and opportunity research to identify actionable dealsSupport fund managers, investors, and operators with due diligence and deal evaluationAssist in sourcing and coordinating private market opportunitiesBuild a verified track record in private markets within the Initio Sphere ecosystemEarn transaction-based compensation for deals influenced or closed through their workThis role is ideal for analytical professionals, operators, and networked deal facilitators who want to monetize skills in research, opportunity evaluation, and early-stage transaction support.What You'll Do (Approval-Based)Approved Private Markets Associates may:Conduct market, sector, and company/asset research to uncover investment opportunitiesProvide structured investment summaries and high-level analysis (financial, operational, and strategic)Support early-stage diligence and data collection (analysts handle detailed modeling)Assist in sourcing and coordinating introductions with capital allocators and deal sponsorsTrack opportunity contributions and maintain a verified deal record within the platformAssociates are not responsible for final underwriting, capital raising, or deal structuring unless separately approved.Eligible Opportunity TypesBased on approval and experience, Private Markets Associates may support:Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)Private equity and growth equity transactionsOperating businesses and special situationsStructured, opportunistic, or niche investmentsResearch and sourcing categories are approved based on professional background, sector expertise, and demonstrated credibility.Compensation & EconomicsAssociates earn success-based compensation tied to the transactions they support or influenceTypical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per transactionCompensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collectionExact economics vary by transaction size, complexity, and associate contributionNo caps on earnings for consistent high-quality research, sourcing, and supportHow Associates Get ActivatedSubmit a Private Markets Associate application and background detailsComplete verification and approval for research, sourcing, or sector categoriesGet activated on the Initio Sphere platformBegin contributing research, deal support, and opportunity coordinationThere is no cold pitching or unpaid work.
