Position: Privacy Specialist II - AMZ25619.6 Location: Boston, MA Multiple Positions Available: Develop and implement policy frameworks governing access permissions across HR data systems. Manage privacy approval workflows, evaluate permission requests against security and privacy requirements, and approve access modifications while maintaining system integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders across business, and engineering teams to balance access needs with security and compliance standards. Design and deploy cloud-based automation solutions using AWS services to streamline access review workflows. Integrate AI/ML capabilities to score access requests based on risk dimensions including data sensitivity and regulatory compliance. Build serverless applications, API integrations, and dashboards for access governance. Investigate privacy incidents involving data exposure and access control failures across global workforce systems. Triage and assess incident severity, coordinate with Security, business, and engineering teams to contain and remediate data incidents, and determine regulatory notification obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
