Job Description Job Description Printing - Saddle Stitcher OperatorMonday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM5 days per week; occasional overtime as needed to meet deadlines.Job OverviewThis position is part of the Bindery Department and is responsible for the setup, operation, care, and maintenance of saddle stitching and related bindery equipment. The role includes pocket loading and supporting other bindery functions as required in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate Muller Martini Presto E90 saddle stitcherSet up and run Duplo BookletmakerPerform routine care, maintenance, and cleaning of stitcher and bookletmakerOperate cutter as neededOperate CRF score/perf/fold machine as neededPerform miscellaneous bindery functions as requiredMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDProficient computer skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to work occasional overtime as requiredStrong communication, math, and reading skillsAbility to stand for the entire shift (breaks provided)Ability to lift 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionallyPreferred QualificationsExperience operating Muller Martini or similar saddle stitchersPrevious bindery operations experienceExperience operating small bindery equipment (paper drills, folders, collators, inserters)Mechanical aptitude to maintain and repair small equipment Company Description One of the top 300 printers in the U.S. The leading printer in northern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin.
