Our client, a leading organization in the printing and production industry, is seeking a Print Production Level 2 to join their team. As a Print Production Level 2, you will be part of the production department supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Print Production Level 2 Location: Richmond, BC Pay Rate: $21/hr Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm What's the Job? Operate and maintain high-volume digital printing equipment, including Xerox Primelink printers Perform printing and insertion services to meet customer specifications Review and approve proofs to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded Assist with inserting multiple documents into envelopes and programming jobs into insertion equipment Support delivery operations as a backup driver, including occasional driving in Richmond and Vancouver areas What's Needed? Valid driver's license and ability to operate large digital equipment Experience with print production environments and relevant equipment/software Ability to detect production inconsistencies and quality issues Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods What's in it for me?
