Job description Lead large, enterprise-wide, cross-functional programs ($15-50 Million) with complex scope and high transformational impact. Drive strategic initiatives across markets, translating business needs into scalable IT solutions by aligning business, IT, and vendor teams. Build strong partnerships with senior IT, business, physician, and financial leaders to accelerate delivery through disciplined execution and continuous improvement. Preferred: strong knowledge of Kaiser IT and business processes and the ability to navigate enterprise structures; experience applying Rules of Flow and/or Theory of Constraints to improve throughput; Applying Strategic Project Leadership (SPL), and experience supporting governance bodies and structuring programs for effectiveness. Job Summary: This senior level employee is primarily responsible for determining program budgets, creating project management methodology based on expertise, managing overall pursuits and projects, leading departmental or cross-functional teams.
