Job Description

Overview

The Principal Control Account Manager at Raytheon will support program management activities from startup through development, including managing control accounts and providing backup support to other Control Account Managers (CAMs). This hybrid role is based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, and requires an active U.S. government security clearance.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan time-phased scope and budgets for assigned Control Accounts.
  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program.
  • Manage Earned Value Management (EVM) performance by reviewing labor and material actuals.
  • Prepare and execute Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).
  • Support Government Surveillance Reviews.
  • Contribute to the development of EVM-related deliverables and program performance metrics.

Required skills

  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience or 5 years with an advanced degree.
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and project management knowledge.
  • Experience developing schedules, estimating, and analyzing costs.
  • Familiarity with EVMS tools and processes.
