Overview

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care RN or LPN to join their team in Hazelwood, Missouri. This role involves providing patient-centered care in collaboration with Mercy Primary Care Providers, focusing on quality outcomes and effective patient interactions. The position offers a structured schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays, with a pathway to hybrid work post-training.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective patient-centered care
  • Manage triage calls and messages for the clinic
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical team members
  • Ensure adherence to Mercy Service Standards
  • Participate in monthly clinic meetings post-training

Required skills

  • Active RN or LPN license
  • 2-3 years of nursing experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR system
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Computer competency
  • Adaptability in a changing environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
