Overview

Community Health Programs (CHP) is seeking a Primary Care Provider - Physician to join their team in Adams, Massachusetts. This role involves delivering high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population, supporting the organization's mission of health equity and community well-being.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive and continuing care, including routine and emergency clinic care
  • Participate in the practice call schedule
  • Maintain board certification and required certifications including BLS and PALS
  • Maintain patient medical records within the electronic health record
  • Submit patient charges in a timely fashion
  • Be a community ambassador for CHP
  • Participate in practice and organizational meetings in a collaborative manner
  • Support and mentor colleagues as needed
  • Participate in peer review programs

Required skills

  • Graduation from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited residency
  • Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
  • Specialty board certification or ability to obtain within one year
  • 3 or more years of practice experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • $195,000 - $225,500 per year
