Inova Health System is seeking passionate Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO) to join their growing team across Northern Virginia. Key responsibilities

  • Provide safe and effective care to ambulatory patients.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Utilize evidence-based standards and guidelines in patient care.
  • Engage in lifelong learning to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Provide direction and mentorship to other clinical staff.
  • Participate in program development and demonstrate leadership skills.

Required skills

  • Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
  • Prior experience in primary care.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Unrestricted VA Medical License or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to complete payor credentialing and medical staff credentialing.
