Overview

One Medical is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join their team in Castro, San Francisco. The role focuses on managing a diverse patient panel through in-office visits and telehealth services, while contributing to the mission of transforming healthcare to be more affordable and accessible.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a patient panel with a variety of medical needs
  • Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via telehealth
  • Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
  • Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams during daily huddles
  • Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures
  • Supervise NP or PA colleagues
  • Obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care services

Required skills

  • Accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
  • At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
  • California state medical license
  • Strong communication skills
  • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
  • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
