Overview

The Pricing Team Member at Fleet Farm plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate pricing and signage for store merchandise. This position involves collaboration with various teams to uphold pricing standards and provide excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete price changes and maintain proper signage and shelf labels for all product displays
  • Collaborate with Store Management and Zone Leads to meet Company pricing standards
  • Address pricing discrepancies throughout the store with urgency
  • Organize and implement seasonal/promotional in-store marketing collateral
  • Conduct price audit scans to ensure price accuracy
  • Coordinate resolution of pricing and UPC discrepancies
  • Promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty program and other company initiatives
