Overview

The Prevention Consultant at Prevention Links Inc will collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate community education and prevention programs aimed at enhancing the well-being of the target population. This role includes program data collection, reporting, and evaluation to ensure program fidelity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver community education programs to various audiences
  • Ensure fidelity and compliance with all programs and trainings
  • Develop and implement assessments and surveys to measure program impact
  • Actively participate in prevention speaking engagements
  • Manage program schedules and grant requirements
  • Coordinate community health fairs and agency events
  • Update training materials to maintain program fidelity

Required skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Time management skills for handling multiple tasks
  • Experience in grant management and program evaluation

  • Valid New Jersey Driver's License and independent mode of transportation
