Overview

Burgermaster is seeking a Pressure Washer & Preventive Maintenance Tech to maintain the exteriors of its restaurants across multiple locations. This role involves pressure washing, routine maintenance, and serves as a vital part of the team's commitment to quality and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Pressure wash building exteriors, roofs, awnings, and other areas
  • Remove oil spills, food spills, and debris
  • Operate pressure washing equipment and landscape maintenance tools
  • Perform snow removal and storm cleanup
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment and HVAC systems
  • Utilize CMMS to manage maintenance activities
  • Travel between multiple restaurant locations for scheduled maintenance
  • Follow safety procedures while working
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of pressure washing experience
  • Commercial building or facility maintenance experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and software applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
