Job Description

Overview

Burgermaster is seeking a Pressure Washer & Preventive Maintenance Tech to maintain the exteriors of their restaurant locations and perform routine preventative maintenance on various systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the maintenance industry and a commitment to operational excellence as the company continues to expand.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain restaurant exteriors through pressure washing and surface cleaning
  • Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Remove contaminants using approved products and cleaning techniques
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on restaurant and HVAC systems
  • Operate landscape maintenance equipment to clean exterior areas
  • Perform snow removal and storm cleanup for safe restaurant access
  • Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities
  • Travel between multiple restaurant locations for scheduled maintenance
  • Maintain tools and equipment in clean and serviceable condition
  • Follow all company safety procedures

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of pressure washing experience
  • Commercial building or facility maintenance experience
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with email and software applications
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions in English
  • Experience with HVAC and plumbing maintenance
  • Experience using a CMMS and mobile work order applications
