Overview

Burgermaster is seeking a Pressure Washer & Preventive Maintenance Tech to maintain the exteriors of their growing fast casual restaurant locations in Bothell, Washington. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the maintenance industry, capable of performing various cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks while upholding the company's commitment to quality and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain restaurant exteriors through pressure washing and surface cleaning
  • Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and plumbing equipment
  • Clean, inspect, and maintain grease traps and related systems
  • Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking and reporting
  • Travel between multiple restaurant locations for scheduled maintenance
  • Safely operate company vehicles and follow safety procedures

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of pressure washing experience
  • Commercial building or facility maintenance experience
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience using email and software applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
