Overview

Fabrimet inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated steel bender to join their team in Drummondville, Quebec. Established in 1960, the company specializes in the manufacturing of pylons, safety barriers, and other galvanized steel structures, providing a stimulating work environment with modern facilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Read and interpret manufacturing drawings
  • Prepare, calibrate, maintain, and assemble machinery
  • Ensure compliance of parts according to requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workspace

Required skills

  • DEP in sheet metal work
  • Experience operating and installing a press
  • Experience in hot and cold bending of steel profiles
  • Familiarity with metric and imperial systems
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
