As a Press Brake Operator, you will play a critical role in our production process, ensuring high-quality sheet metal components are formed with precision and efficiency.Requirements:Previous experience operating a press brake or similar equipment in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure accuracy in fabrication.Strong mechanical skills and experience with adjusting and maintaining machinery.Familiarity with various sheet metal materials (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) and their characteristics.Must be able to read dial calipers and micrometersResponsibilities:Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, shape, and form sheet metal according to specifications.Read blueprints and work orders to determine job requirements, including material type, thickness, and bend angles.5+ years of experience as a Press Brake Operator. (Sheet Metal)Select appropriate tooling and dies for each job and ensure machines are properly adjusted.Monitor and inspect completed pieces for accuracy, ensuring that all bends, cuts, and dimensions meet required tolerances.
