Job Description Job Description ResponsibilitiesOperate a Press Brake machine to fabricate metal components according to technical drawings and specificationsSet up the machine, select appropriate tooling, and adjust parameters such as bend angles, tonnage, and material settingsLoad and position metal sheets or materials for bending operationsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate productionPerform bending operations to meet required dimensions and tolerancesInspect finished parts using measuring tools to verify quality and accuracyPerform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment and work area clean and organizedMonitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues during productionWork closely with the fabrication team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projectsQualificationsExperience operating Press Brake machines in a fabrication or manufacturing environmentAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication diagramsKnowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and materialsExperience setting up tooling and adjusting machine parameters for bending operationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality partsAbility to use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and angle gaugesGood mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issuesAbility to lift materials and work safely in a manufacturing environmentPrevious experience in HVAC, marine fabrication, or sheet metal production is a plus Company Description With over 40 years in the marine industry, we are a specialized marine HVAC service company supporting vessels around the world with high-quality engineering, fabrication, and installation.
