Direct operational functions and educational activities of nine (9) programs of study for Baptist Health.Other information:Education required: Doctorate (Ph.D., D.N.P., or Ed.D.). Minimum experience: Sufficient previous teaching/training experience in a formal setting and practice as a healthcare professional educator. Field-of-Expertise Preferred: Education; Administration level. Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Education and personnel management; knowledge of learning theory, teaching techniques and evaluation of educational outcomes for effectiveness.
