Overview

Growing Minds Early Education Programs is seeking an experienced Preschool/Toddler Teacher to join their team in Escondido, California. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education and possess at least 2 years of teaching experience, along with the necessary permits and certifications.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage and support all students in learning
  • Create and maintain effective environments for student learning
  • Plan instruction and design learning experiences for all students
  • Assess students for learning
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes child welfare
  • Understand Community Care Licensing Title 22 and/or Title 5 regulations

Required skills

  • California Child Development Associate Teacher Level Permit or higher
  • Experience with preschool-aged children in a classroom or daycare setting
