The employee must remain actively employed on each applicable payment date. If employment ends before a future installment date, eligibility for unpaid future installments ends.Former Bright Ideas employees who are rehired may qualify for the hiring bonus. The hiring bonus is separate from the employee referral bonus; where the same hire would otherwise qualify for both incentives, only the greater applicable bonus will be paid.
