Overview

Les Hôtels Jaro is seeking a part-time Préposé(e) à l'entretien ménager des aires communes to maintain cleanliness and appearance in public areas of the hotel. The role contributes to creating a pleasant and safe environment for both guests and staff under the supervision of hotel management.

Key responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain public areas (lobby, corridors, elevators, stairs, public restrooms, reception area, etc.)
  • Empty trash bins and recycle according to procedures
  • Sweep, wash, and vacuum floors and carpets
  • Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, counters, windows, and furniture
  • Report any damage or repair needs to management
  • Adhere to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests

Required skills

  • Experience in housekeeping or hospitality (an asset)
