RONA is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Sudbury, Ontario, who is passionate about helping customers realize their project ambitions. In this role, you will join a team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide good customer service
  • Assist customers in placing merchandise in their carts or vehicles
  • Provide carts to customers and retrieve scattered carts and baskets in the parking lot
  • Support customer service and cashier operations
  • Return accumulated merchandise to designated areas
  • Stay informed about promotions and flyers
  • Adhere to store policies and procedures related to health and safety
  • Perform other tasks ensuring the smooth operation of the store
