Overview

American Alternative Assets is seeking a motivated Junior Account Executive to join their team in the precious metals industry. This role centers on outbound sales, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process while focusing on client relationships and long-term value.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and follow up with warm leads
  • Qualify prospective clients and gather key information
  • Educate clients on precious metals and retirement account options
  • Build rapport and handle objections effectively
  • Track all activity in CRM systems
  • Stay informed on financial markets and pricing trends

Required skills

  • 2+ years of phone sales / outbound calling experience
  • Experience with CRM systems and dialers
  • Strong communication and closing fundamentals
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
  • Financial services, annuities, or precious metals experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of IRAs or retirement accounts (preferred)
