Overview

The Pre-Weigh Technician at Beauty Manufacture Solutions Corp. is responsible for accurately weighing ingredients used in the production of personal care products such as lotions, body wash, and cosmetics. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and GMP guidelines while operating equipment and maintaining records.

Key responsibilities

  • Measure or weigh ingredients for product batches.
  • Operate forklift trucks and electric pallet jacks after certification.
  • Use material weighing implements to minimize waste.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment following GMP and SOP guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and track daily activities.
  • Read and understand formulas, procedures, SOPs, and GMPs.
  • Perform basic mechanical duties using hand tools.
  • Assist other Pre-Weigh personnel as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Required skills

  • Forklift operation certification
