Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a direct hire Practice Team Assistant to support their Real Estate practice in the Richmond, VA office! About the Job: Coordinate workflows by tracking timelines and deliverables and communicating across teams. Prepare correspondence, documents, and materials. Record and track the team's billable time. Organize and maintain the firm's electronic document system. Support additional administrative projects tasks as requested. About You: Previous office experience, which can include internships, is required. A bachelor's degree is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Familiarity working within a legal or real estate environment preferred. Excellent communicator with strong prioritization and detail-orientation capabilities.
