Power BI / Data Consultant = $85-$100/hr We're working with a growing company that needs a hands-on Power BI / Power Query expert to jump in and help clean up and modernize their reconciliation process. Right now, everything is being managed in Excel and it's starting to break under volume. The goal is to build something more stable, automated, and audit-ready as they gear up for SOX compliance. What you'll be doing Building out a Power Query-driven data process to pull, clean, and structure reconciliation data Creating Power BI dashboards for leadership to track activity, exceptions, and overall performance Helping automate manual reconciliation work and reduce reliance on Excel Setting up processes that are clean, repeatable, and audit-ready Walking the internal team through what you built so they can maintain it What they need Strong, real-world experience with Power BI and Power Query (this is not a "learning on the job" role) Experience working with large or messy datasets, especially tied to reconciliations Ability to translate business needs into clean data flows and dashboards Someone who can work independently but also explain things clearly to non-technical users Nice to have: Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform tools Experience in finance, payments, or regulated environments Click here to apply online
