Overview

Power BI AnalystHourly Rate: $30-$40/HrLocation: Holland, MI Hybrid Overview of the Position: The Power BI Analyst serves as a key partner between Finance, Operations, and IT, transforming complex business data into meaningful insights through reporting, dashboards, and process automation. Responsibilities of the Power BI Analyst: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Extract, transform, and analyze ERP data for budget and spend visibility. Create reporting solutions that track spending against approved commitments. Partner with Finance and Operations to improve reporting accuracy. Enhance and support existing Power BI reports. Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models. Automate manual reporting processes. Analyze labor and payroll data and workforce metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements. Translate business requirements into reporting solutions. Preferred Experience of the Power BI Analyst: At least 2 years of BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst experience. Advanced Power BI expertise. Strong SQL experience. Experience with ERP systems. Requirements gathering experience. Financial reporting experience. Strong analytical skills. Process automation experience. Excellent communication skills. Microsoft data platform experience. Bonus Experience of the Power BI Analyst: Manufacturing industry experience. Experience with QAD ERP. Finance/accounting reporting background. Dayforce or workforce management systems experience. Operational and manufacturing dashboard experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
