As an Armed Patrol Officer in a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. Join a company that puts people first, works together through teamwork, and always acts with integrity.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $22.00 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeTue 08:00 AM - 06:00 PMWed 08:00 AM - 06:00 PMThur 08:00 AM - 06:00 PMFri 08:00 AM - 06:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the government location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor for suspicious behavior and report any security-related concerns to the appropriate authorities.Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.Assist with access control by verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site policies.Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with site requirements.What We're Looking For:Availability across various days and shiftsReliability and ability to adapt to different post assignmentsA desire to gain broad experience and grow within the companyInterest in transitioning into full-time roles when availableMinimum Requirements:Must have an armed designation and be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent experience is required.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.Nevada Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Flexible Scheduling: Choose from a variety of open shifts that align with your availability and lifestyle.Career Growth: Clear path to
