Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all individuals on site. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, respond promptly to incidents, and support access control measures as needed. If you are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity offers a chance to contribute to a collaborative team that always acts with integrity.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $16.97 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, which may include both indoor and outdoor areas within a tech, media, or telecom environment.Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats to the appropriate personnel.Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to deter unauthorized entry.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to address questions or concerns.Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related incidents, patrols, and daily activities.What We're Looking For:Availability across various days and shiftsReliability and ability to adapt to different post assignmentsA desire to gain broad experience and grow within the companyInterest in transitioning into full-time roles when availableMinimum Requirements:Have at least 2 years of security-related experience or 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.Loss prevention experience is preferred.Access control or badge experience is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent
