As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors. If you are passionate about making a difference and thrive in dynamic settings, this opportunity is for you.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $21.53 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime: Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Monitor access points and observe for any unusual or suspicious activity within the aerospace and defense environment.Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance needs as observed during patrols.Communicate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to support a secure environment.Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions provided by management.What We're Looking For:Availability across various days and shiftsReliability and ability to adapt to different post assignmentsA desire to gain broad experience and grow within the companyInterest in transitioning into full-time roles when availableMinimum Requirements:Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Maryland Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Flexible Scheduling: Choose from a variety of open shifts that align with your availability and lifestyle.Career Growth: C
