If you are looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact and grow your career, we invite you to join our team.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $21.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols and procedures while on duty.What We're Looking For: Availability across various days and shiftsReliability and ability to adapt to different post assignmentsA desire to gain broad experience and grow within the companyInterest in transitioning into full-time roles when availableMinimum Requirements:Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.Be able to provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.Be at least 21 years of age.CPR certification is preferred.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why J
