Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and responding to inquiries with exceptional customer service and communication skills. In this armed post, you will be required to maintain an active armed guard card/license and bring at least six months of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience. By remaining visible and attentive, you will help to deter security-related incidents and contribute to a secure environment. Join our team and be part of a company that delivers through teamwork and always acts with integrity.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $20.06 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:Greet and assist employees, visitors, and guests at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous first point of contact.Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and any security-related incidents.Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters or concerns.Support emergency response activities as needed, including following evacuation or lockdown procedures.Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and offering assistance to those entering or exiting the location.What We're Looking For:Availability across various days and shiftsReliability and ability to adapt to different post assignmentsA desire to gain broad experience and grow within the companyInterest in transitioning into full-time roles when availableMinimum Requirements:Must possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License.Must have at least 6 months of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military roles.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.Licensing requirements are s
