Overview In this remote, senior support role, you partner with Percona's database experts to help customers' DBA teams diagnose and resolve complex PostgreSQL issues. You gather data, investigate problems, and deliver detailed analyses via email, chat, or voice, with screen-sharing for critical production incidents. You also contribute to the open-source community through blogs, knowledge base articles, and webinars.
