Overview

Triad Financial Services Inc is looking for a motivated Policy & Procedure Writer with experience in the mortgage industry. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop standardized policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Design high-quality procedural documents that are clear, concise, and accurate
  • Analyze, research, and develop policy and procedure documents
  • Revise and update procedures regularly to maintain accuracy
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Managers to create or revise procedures through process mapping
  • Drive and lead the development and maintenance of operational procedures and training materials
  • Communicate effectively with employees to ensure document accuracy
  • Create job aids and desk reference materials for training
  • Utilize creative thinking to suggest process improvements
  • Maintain policies and procedures in a centralized database
  • Track all changes and revisions to procedural documents

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience writing corporate policies and procedures
  • Experience with mortgage terminology and servicing
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Word skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in time management and planning
  • Experience with process flow and process mapping
  • Understanding of version control
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
