Overview

The United States Secret Service is seeking a Police Officer to join their team, with a focus on protection services in Washington, DC. This role entails safeguarding important locations and personnel, including the White House and foreign diplomats. A recruitment incentive of $75,000 may be available for eligible applicants.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide protection for The White House Complex, The Vice President's Residence, and foreign diplomatic missions
  • Travel in support of the Presidential, Vice Presidential, and foreign heads of state missions
  • Enforce mandated protective responsibilities as outlined under Title 18, United States Code, Section 3056A
