Overview

The Secret Service is seeking a Police Officer to provide protection for key government locations and officials in Washington, DC. This role includes various responsibilities related to law enforcement and protective services, and candidates must be willing to relocate to Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide protection for The White House Complex, Vice President's Residence, Main Treasury Building, and foreign diplomatic missions
  • Travel in support of Presidential, Vice Presidential, and foreign heads of state missions
  • Enforce mandated protective responsibilities under U.S. law
