Overview

The United States Secret Service is seeking a Police Officer to carry out protective duties primarily in Washington, DC. This role involves providing security for key locations such as The White House Complex and foreign diplomatic missions, and requires relocation to Washington, DC. A recruitment incentive of $75,000 may be available to eligible applicants.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide protection for The White House Complex, The Vice President's Residence, and foreign diplomatic missions
  • Travel in support of Presidential, Vice Presidential, and foreign heads of state missions
  • Enforce protective responsibilities as mandated by Title 18, United States Code, Section 3056A
