Overview

Aria Care Partners is seeking a mobile Podiatrist to provide general podiatry services to residents in nursing facilities across western Iowa. This role offers a flexible schedule with no on-call responsibilities, enabling providers to focus on delivering high-quality patient care while working with an established patient base.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide on-site podiatry treatment to nursing facility residents
  • Enter chart notes and billing codes for services rendered
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of patient appointments
  • Travel within a designated territory, with up to a 2-hour driving radius
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers in the facilities

Required skills

  • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree
  • Completion of a one-year podiatric residency program
  • Current state professional license in Podiatric Medicine
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to use email
  • Familiarity with NextGen EMR
