Columbia Healthcare is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their behavioral health team in Titusville, PA. This role offers an opportunity to work within a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center focused on providing patient-centered, integrated care to underserved communities while promoting a healthy work-life balance for providers.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adolescents and adults
  • Collaborate with primary care and behavioral health teams

  • Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) in clinical practice

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited PMHNP program
  • Active Pennsylvania RN and CRNP licenses with PMHNP certification
  • DEA license
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
  • Strong clinical judgment and compassion
