We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team as a Project Manager in Saint Petersburg, Florida. This role involves overseeing HVAC service projects, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction through effective project management.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee HVAC service projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, technicians, and suppliers to meet project requirements
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Conduct site inspections and assess project needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC system issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
  • Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed

Required skills

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician with project management responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Valid HVAC technician license or certification
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work in various environments and handle physical demands of the job
